Impendium Systems is pleased to announce it has become a player sponsor of Irish International Johnny O’Connor at London Wasps Rugby Football Club.  London Wasps are the leading club side in English Premiership Rugby and this is the first of an ongoing set of commercial arrangements that are planned with the club.

Henley-on-Thames, Portrait Software plc (London: PST), a leader in Customer Interaction Optimisation, announced today that it has entered into discussions  a product development agreement with Impendium Systems, one of the UK’s leading providers of operations solutions for investment banks. The Board of Portrait also announces today that the Company has taken a 20% equity interest in Impendium.

The companies have collaborated to develop a number of Capital Markets and Treasury solutions which are powered by Portrait Foundation, the Company’s specialised Application Platform Suite for process-driven applications. The first product to be launched is ICE, the industry’s first real time web-based interest claim platform, enabling companies to create, manage, claim and report on demand all of their compensation claims. Impendium Systems a leader in Capital Market solutions today announced that its web based revenue recovery and interest claims solution will be officially released in November 2006.  The solution developed in partnership with Portrait software uses the latest process modelling techniques combined with in depth knowledge of Capital Markets processes.  Work commenced on development early in 2006 and a fully functional production version will be available for general use.
