30th November 2006 Henley-on-Thames, Portrait Software plc (London: PST), a leader in Customer Interaction Optimisation, announced today that it has entered into discussions a product development agreement with Impendium Systems, one of the UK’s leading providers of operations solutions for investment banks. The Board of Portrait also announces today that the Company has taken a 20% equity interest in Impendium. The companies have collaborated to develop a number of Capital Markets and Treasury solutions which are powered by Portrait Foundation, the Company’s specialised Application Platform Suite for process-driven applications. The first product to be launched is ICE, the industry’s first real time web-based interest claim platform, enabling companies to create, manage, claim and report on demand all of their compensation claims.
